9 days later, on Feb 28, 2004, "Germination" occured.
Initial Notes:
70 Days. Peppers grow to an elongated 7 inches with thick walls. Fruit are dark green, eventually turning red. Good yields of 4 lobed fruit on vigorous plants.

Transplanted one seedling into a bigger pot for Janet. Roots are strong. So far these are the largest plants of all the peppers.

Transplanted to garden. I had transplanted the plants from six-pak to pint pots. Plants had good root growth in the month.

Not a good summer for peppers. After the July 4th, temps cooled off and nothing produced. Finally started getting something around Labor Day. Been getting 2-3 peppers a week, fruit is smaller than usual.
