Initial Notes:

Well-established plant in the garden when I moved in.
H & S: 3m (10ft) **Pruned very hard in early summer 2001. Grew on with some vigour, but also misshapen (e.g. horizontal) branches. *Pruned hard again - down to 30cms - in March 2002. **2003 - after good winter display, pruned very hard again in early March. Cutting put at end of the garden - either as a dead wood screen or to see if they root and grow. **Early April 2004 - again pruned hard, but only half of the plants this time: the ones at the back not touched.
