Initial Notes:

Dainty Datura-like lavender-blue 5-8cm (2-3in) flowers, festoon this highly unusual half hardy shrub. Easy to grow, and first year flowering from an early sowing, these exquisite, yet fast growing plants make a welcome adition to conservatories and sheltered spots as well as containers. Sow from Feb to May on surface of a good seed compost just covering the seeds with a thin layer of compost or vermiculite. Germination takes 21-60 days at 60-65 F. Plant in full sun. Avoid overfeeding which will give foliage at expense of flowers. Must be brought inside during the winter.

Thompson and Morgan commercial seed.
