Received in trade from AuntyB. Plant outdoors in spring or summer. Just cover will germinate in 15-90 days at 50 degrees. Difficult. Plant 6-8 weeks indoors before planting out.

Threw in lots of seed, just covered, watered from bottom and placed under lights. Using asm.

Good germination rate now. First leaves are showing.

Fertilized using 3 drops of Shultz liquid plant food in a quart of water. Germination continues - all still in the butter dish. 12 plants are showing so far - heart shaped leaves - miniatures of the adult plants. Bottom watered.

Everything, germinated or not, was moved outside this morning for hardening off. Back inside at night.
