A type of Columbine, but WHICH? Not sure if this was from Calalily or someone else. Lost track!

This is from Elena. It is a groundcover for sunny areas. It's labeled Purple Palace, but I don't know what it is.

From Calalily. Phlox, probably 'pink dream'. This picture is way too contrasty - it's not this red. It is a firey pink, though!

A bog plant from Calalily: Cyperus umbrella plant. I think it's hardy if I cut it back and use a heater in the pond over the winter. 10/8/01: I need to check, and soon!

From Calalily. Oenothera - Sundrops, biennial. It grows wild here in Ohio, but I hear it has a deep taproot and is hard to transplant.

The chartreuse groundcover pictured here is ranunculus repens 'buttered popcorn'. It roots easily, wherever a node touches the ground, but it's easy to pull up.

This was given to me by Myra. She says it's a clematis, but it's never bloomed. Mom and I assumed it might be because it didn't get a lot of sun, but we each have a good-sized start of it like this and ours aren't blooming either. This is in a large pot and is very vigorously growing - just no buds or blooms. Wonder what it is.
