This cultivar was hybridized in 1987 by Moore. It is characteristic of all rugosas in growth habit and appearance, especially the thorny canes. As with all rugosas care needs to be taken in handling and pruning. Grows to about 3-4' and begins bloom in late spring to early summer, with repeat blooms until early fall.
