Got this along with the other seedling in liner and planted in lawn (soon to be non-lawn?). Caudex about 1.5" diameter (barely fit in liner). Dug into clay, but filled with looser soil. Hope this doesn't create a bowl effect and drown the plant next winter.

Finally a new frond on this one... both of these are sluggish seedlings, but planting them in clay and the erratic watering probably has something to do with that
