Got this in Ojai... no idea what it is. Planted it in very center of planter 3 east edge, where bird cage used to sit. Hope doesn't end up being a monster, but I guess I can always cut it back.

pretty sure this is Aloe arborescens... oh well... maybe I will succeed in keeping it trimmed up and make a tower out of it...

got some moderate leaf damage from freeze... thought it was a bit tougher species.

suckering again (last attempt to remove them and root them failed, since right around time of freeze... think I'll try it again)

just getting too large for a really nice, showy spot, so ripped out and planted up front against the west fence in the lawn, very northwest corner of yard.
