I had forgotten to check on this and when I noticed it, it was already in full bloom. It has grown much larger this year. I think it would be happier if I move it to a spot that gets shade in the hot afternoon. I notice it's stems look very red, I don't think that is normal for the plant and possibly it's due to too much sun. Where it is planted now it gets sun in the afternoon and I remember it went dormant last summer.
