I have grown this beautiful white climber for as long as I can remember. It seems after several years, the memory is the first thing to go; and I vaguely remember "Climbing White America" as the name. However the Google searches have turned up nothing. I'm sure I got it from Jackson & Perkins around 1992-1993, but all records have 'mysteriously' disappeared. If J&P is still in business maybe I can check with them. The last time I checked the Garden Watchdog, they were not getting favorable reviews.

It is an exceptionally hardy rose in Zone 5a/b, and rarely requires much maintenance except for pruning out dead wood and a spring feeding of rose fertilizer. Although a beautiful flower, it is not as fragrant as the other white roses I grow.
