Got this nice caudiciform plant a week ago at a local (new) nursery... was pretty cheap considering it's pretty old. Repotted it and 'staged' it, too. Was in some stinky, moist soil so I hose off the roots, which were wound into a tight ball below the 1.5" 'trunk". But that left very little support when I repotted it, so I had to put a few rocks in under the head to help support it, until new roots form.

When I repotted it, I lost a few 'branches' but most were spindly or yellowy... sent a few off to a DG member that wanted some of my trimmings.

am afraid this plant was ill when I got it... had stinky roots, and now a lot of the arms have rotted off... sprayed with a systemic antifungal yesterday. Bummer.
