Plant NameCultivarTypeThumbnail
Musk Mallow
Abelmoschus moschatus

This is a really neat plant with hibiscus like flowers, fuzzy stems and interesting seed pods. It never got over 2 feet tall at the most, so good for small spaces. Grew it in a half whiskey barrel.

Tiny baby bulbs that root.

I think this is the one I have, mine gets baby bulbs at the flowers, not seeds. It is edible, because I've eaten it!

Not sure if this is the exact kind I have, it looks like it though.

(PlantFiles)
Queen’s-Tears
Billbergia nutans

I think this is what I've got. Foliage appears more gray than what is shown and leaves don't really have thorns like the ones shown. Flowers look right though. Lives in the trunks of my palms.

(PlantFiles)
American Beautyberry
Callicarpa americana
Plants, Cuttings Image
(PlantFiles)
Wheatstraw Celosia (Spicata Group)
Celosia spicata

Unknown cultivar, but had purple foliage and flowers. Very pretty.

Night Blooming Jasmine
Cestrum nocturnum

Love the scent. Reminds me of childhood, out playing hide and seek at night. We have a huge one by our pool. So night time dips during the summer are sweetly scented. I filmed a huge number of hummingbird moths on our plant in 2012.
Cuttings Image

Not ready for trade yet.

Crinum Lily
Crinum

Not sure if this is the right lily. At the right time of year I have the little bulblets that come after the flowers that turn into little lilies. The mature bulbs are huge (aka heavy and expensive to ship) and hard to dig up.
'Ellen Bosanquet' Seeds Image
(PlantFiles)
Poison Bulb
Crinum asiaticum

Not ready for trade yet. I think this is the one I have. Picked up some of the bulb like things that drop after the flowers fade. I lay these on top of a pot of dirt, keep watered and they sprout. Found my bulblets on the ground in the landscaping at our local hospital.
Seeds Image
(PlantFiles)
Crinum Lily

Not sure if this is the right lily. I entered another that may be it as well. At the right time of year I have the little bulblets that come after the flowers that turn into little lilies. The mature bulbs are huge (aka heavy and expensive to ship) and hard to dig up.
