Click for fullsize picture. This is Teddy the Alpaca. Very friendly guy. My 4 yr old son and his favorite farm animal. This calf must have thought that it was ok to suckle on anyone!! A calf at the local farm! Silly goat! favorite farm animal....my barn cat Lucy favorite farm animal....my other barn cat, Mellow Daisy, our pot-bellied pig, celebrating her 3rd birthday. Haircut Horse -I took this image when on a weekend art triip to a farm in PA. I liked the way the light emphasized the horse's mane. I just loved this horse's eye. Zienna, a Nubian buddy. Betty, one of my beautiful worker bees. Now I wouldn't say this Black Bear is a 'FAVOURITE' farm animal, but, he does rate a vote, or 2, for making our summer quite interesting !!! They never come one at a time :o) One day old Muscovy duckling alpaca Cow in snow He says the grass is always greener in our pasture Preferred by gentleman farmers. Probably not technically a "farm animal", LOL, but i watched her all summer catch her meals between my tomato rows. One of our Registered Black Angus yearling bulls. I usually talk to my photo subjects as I take pictures and this time I got talked back to at the St. Lawrence County Fair, NY. Bright little crabapples ready to be picked and canned.
