She is all attitude as you can see in this photo! Penelope is my 15-year old potbelly pig. I adopted her from a rescue organization two years ago. Our Siberian Husky puppies are only 6 months old here. Loki, the black and white male, died of epilepsy when 3. His sister, Kira, is now 8 and a perfect lady. Loki was the Norse god of mischief and he was named appropriately. But we loved him anyway. And still miss him. Couch Potatoe. Loki,our Siberian Husky puppy, taking a nap. She loves to sleep in the window. A stray cat on my bird feeder pretending to be a bird. This is Lexi - An American Bombay and true to her breed. Raised from birth she has become a very loving and affectionate cat. She has beautiful silky black fur, golden eyes, a soft meow and soothing purr. "Parlor panther" suits her fancy too. My rat terrier/chihuahua mix, Sugah'bama. She's not really a water dog, but she's trying! Kure Beach, NC. He helps me so much when planting and "playing" with flowers. He likes to take a break and enjoy his efforts also. My dog is a vermin hunter at my urban farm, and he has brought home skunks, a pigeon and a possum. All are fine, I promise. "This is corn? You're kidding, right?" Overly domesticated! These are a few of my Toad friends that live in my garden. Every night just after sunset they come out to play and eat cat food. Watering all those plants just wears me out!!! Titus the Tortoise, definately the best pet! Me and Louie and a day at the garden. Louie loves the garden and the produce--she picks and eats her own tomatoes. When I dig sweet potatoes I have a hard time keeping her away from the baskets! This is our 3 1/2 pound chihuahua, Pinto, and two summer squash out of my garden. I made this E-Postcard to send to friends and family--she really is this small and cute! Our most recent feral turned domestic 'Lucky Lucia', rescued from farmland in Bridgeton, NJ. She gets along great with our other 4 rescued cats. Lucy really took a liking to our German Shepherd, Holly. Her eyes are gold. "Tango, the Garden Cat" our first feral cat rescue. Although, now domesticated, this is about as close as we get to him. Tango prefers to keep a 'safe' distance. He enjoys sleeping in our bedroom and in cat beds by the windows with his feline friends. Our dog Spot. She is now 11 years old. A poodle - Terrier mix. She is full of life, loves to chase the squirrels and of course a stick anytime. Our corgi,Punkin, and our cat,Phantom,pose on hay. We finally discovered why the grasses in our planter were not doing well ! Lovable but feisty Yes, they do get my "goat" occasionally Lovely Jack. Jack guarding the Gold Fish. This is GIGI.
