Making and canning Salsa has become a tradtion for our family. We get together every Fall and spend a day together doing the canning, it's great for the kids to learn how to can, as well as spend a great tme with family and friends! We use over 100 lbs. of garden grown tomatoes of many varieties.

I entered the recipe for these peppers and love this photo taken from my back deck rail. We love these on sandwiches and feel deprived when our supply is gone. I grew the basil from seed this year and have numerous plants scattered around my garden.
