“Fruits of My Labor” – It doesn’t get any fresher than this. I grew this pineapple from the top of another and now it is ready for harvest!

Hylocereus undatus, Red Pitaya/ Red Dragonfruit, a cactus with the most exquisite flowers that only last a day, but the fruit is heavenly, it is very juicy and has a mild melon flavour.
