Citrus paradisi, the fruit of the gods
My 1st grapes after waiting patiently for 3 years. They were small but oh so sweet.
alpine strawberries, white, yellows and reds. The flavors are of wild strawberry with pineapple, vanilla and just so sweet!
The beauty of contrast. A new fresh harvest set inside an old, dilapidated truck. The apples collected from orchard will be canned, dried and sold to support a monk's solitary lifestyle.
“Fruits of My Labor” – It doesn’t get any fresher than this. I grew this pineapple from the top of another and now it is ready for harvest!
Hylocereus undatus, Red Pitaya/ Red Dragonfruit, a cactus with the most exquisite flowers that only last a day, but the fruit is heavenly, it is very juicy and has a mild melon flavour.
Nice fresh shortcake in July, thanks to our Seascape strawberries grown in box beds.

We didn't grow it (living in Alaska..lol) but it was a beautiful, tasty orange.
