This is a homemade dill flavored sauerkraut. It sat on the counter about two weeks before I decided it was done and I refrigerated it. Even my kids like sauerkraut. Great digestive aid.
As you may have noticed there has been a sharp decline in the bee population recently. We here at Charlotte's Web farm wondered what we could do to assist in the preservation of this important pollinator species. We bought a nuc (first year hive) and this is our first harvest. Liquid Gold!
