"Snowball the Piebald"
Took this photo of a piebald deer at our cabin in Western Md. They don't develop like a traditional whitetail. They have short legs and are not very timid, which is why I was able to get so close.

Our property backs up the the St. John's Wildlife Management area. We've left several acres undisturbed on the back side of the property for the wildlife to travel thru. These adventurous baby deer were waiting for mom to catch up.
