Each year, my school raises poinsettias to sell during the holiday season. I was working in the greenhouse when I came across a lone red poinsettia which had been misplaced in the white poinsettia row. The red stood out in stark contrast in the sea of white, so I titled this work "Nonconformist"

Going wild! Needed to add something for her to climb on! This philodendron started out in a little pot & stayed the same size for 5 years when I lived in Charleston, SC. In 1999 I moved to Florida & this thing has taken off! I've divided it, given friends plantings, have at least 15 offspring myself

One of the "offsprings" from my initial philodendron. The antique chair was given to me by a dear patient & now friend. The chair was in need of much repair & I didn't have the heart to completely refinish it. So my philo wraps her arms around it's legs! They are both HAPPY!
