Cottage Cheese Loaf

Ingredients

1 lb.Cottage Cheese
3 Eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Chopped onion
1/2 c. Chopped walnuts
3 c. Special K cereal

Instructions:

mix all together and bake at 350 for 45 minutes in a glass baking dish.

Extra Notes:

Mom made this all the time for our church potlucks.
