Lamb Stew with Beer

Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 lbs. boneless lamb, cut in 2 inch cubes
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 bay leaf
8 oz. can tomato sauce
12 oz. can of beer
12 small white onions
6 carrots, peeled and halved
6 potatoes, peeled and halved

Instructions:

Combine flour with salt, seasoned salt and pepper; roll lamb in mixture. rown lamb in oil in large skillet or dutch oven. Add bay leaf, tomato sauce and beer. Cover and simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Add onions, carrots and potatoes. Cover; cook an additional 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Yield: 6 servings.
