3 egg yolks
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
4 Tbs cornstarch
1/4 c. lemon juice
Pinch of salt
1 baked pie shell
3 egg whites
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
Instructions:
Mix egg yolks, sour cream, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and salt. Cook in top of a double boiler until thickened, stirring often. Pour into pie shell. Beat egg whites. Add brown sugar slowly. Stir in pecans. Spread mixture over filling. Bake 350 deg. until lightly browned. Cool. refrigerate for several hours.
