Slow Roasted Brisket
Ingredients1 Brisket 5 1/2 - 7 lbs.
2 tsps. Liquid Smoke
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Place brisket in a baking dish, evenly pur on Liquid Smoke and Worcestershire. Sprinkle on the pepper and salt. Cover tightly with foil and bake 3 to 3 1/2 hrs. until tender.
Slice against the grain, and serve with your favorite barbeque sauce.
