2 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. floir
1 c. sour cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/16 tsp. black pepper (pinch)
2 tsp. caraway seed
Instructions
Melt margarine in saucepan, blend in flour, stir in sour cream, cook until thickened; 3 or 4 minutes. Add lemon juice, caraway seed, salt and pepper. Mix well. Serve over hot asparagus or any other fresh vegetable desired.
