20 large tomatoes
4 large onions
4 green peppers
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
8 jalapeno peppers (whole with seeds)
Instructions
Put whole tomatoes in boiling water for 2 minutes; plunge into cold water and remove skins. Then chop in blender. Grind onions, green peppers, and jalapeno peppers coursely. Cook all ingredients 30 minutes; pour into hot jars and seal. Makes about 8 pints.
