Barbecue Sauce

1 gallon catsup
1 quart water
3 cups sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
2 cups vinegar
10 Tbsp. hot sauce
1/2 cup Liquid Smoke
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves (ground)

Heat to boiling point. Pour in hot jars and seal. Makes 4 to 5 quarts.
