Transparent Tarts

1 stick margarine
1 Ĺ cupís sugar
3 eggs
1-teaspoon vanilla
1 scant tablespoon vinegar
12 tart shells

Melt margarine; add sugar, eggs, vanilla and vinegar. Mix with wisk until all ingredients are combined. Pour in tart shells. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
Makes 1 dozen.

(Tip- donít beat mixture to long and donít add a complete tablespoon of vinegar or you will be able to taste it.)
