BBQ Shortribs

2 lbs. country-style pork ribs
1 Tbsp. salt
3/4 cup ketchup
4 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. tobasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Put pork short ribs in a saucepan with just enough water to cover the ribs; add salt.
Cover and cook at medium heat until ribs are tender.
Remove ribs and put in a baking dish.

BBQ Sauce:
Mix ketchup, honey, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, tobasco sauce, salt and pepper.
Pour over the ribs.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
