Egg -Mushroom Breakfast Casserole

|1 6 oz. box of croutons, plain|
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 8 oz. boxes of brown and serve sausage
1 small jar sliced mushrooms, drained
3 cups milk
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of milk
|Layer first 4 ingredients as listed in a 9x13" lightly greased baking dish.|
Beat together the eggs and milk.
Pour this mixture over the layered ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate over night.
Just before baking:
Mix the mushroom soup and water.
Pour over egg mixture.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
