The 2001 Dave's Garden Cookbook

Tandy Cake

  Ingredients  
4 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
creamy peanut butter
8 oz. Hershey chocolate bar (no nuts)

  Instructions  
Beat preceding ingredients together. Pour into jelly roll pan. 15 1/2x10 1/2 inches.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. While hot, spread generously with creamy peanut butter. (I use Peter Pan) Cool in refrigerator. Melt an 8 oz. Hershey bar in a double boiler and spread over cooled peanut butter.
