Mashed Potato Candy

Ingredients   1/2 c. mashed potatoes (not instant) Dash of salt 1 tsp. vanilla Confectioners sugar 1 Tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. margarine 1 Tbsp. evaporated milk Peanut butter

Instructions   Mix potatoes, margarine and mik. Add salt, vanilla and flour and mix well. Add enough confectioners sugar to form the consistency of pie dough. Roll out on a well-sugared and floured board. Spread with peanut butter. Roll up like jelly roll; cool and cut in slices.
