Apple Butter

Ingredients

9 c. applesauce
1/2 c. cinnamon red hots
5 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice

Instructions

Cook over low heat until thick and dark red in color. Stir occasionally. Put in sterilized jars and seal. 8 pts.
