Company Potato Casserole

  Ingredients  
1 1/2 - 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of asparagus soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 pint sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion

Topping:

1/2 c. melted margarine
2 c. crushed cornflakes

  Instructions  
Partiallly defrost potatoes and add all ingredients except the topping. Pour
into a 9x13 inch buttered casserole.
Mix topping, and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. This freezes well. Do not put topping on until ready to bake.
Serves 12 - 15.
