Oretega Eggs

4 sm. cans Ortega Chilies
1 lb. longhorn cheese
4 eggs
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 lb. jack cheese
4 Tbsp. flour

Layer chilies and grated cheeses in large baking dish. Beat 4 eggs. Mix flour with a little of the evaporated milk. Mix to dissolve any lumps, add the rest of the milk to it and mix with sal and eggs. Pour ovr layers in dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes, until brown and done. Wrap in foil to reheat.
