Italian Baked Asparagus

2 Tbsp. margarine
1 can extra long asparagus, drained
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
1 medium tomato, sliced
1/3 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp thyme
dash pepper
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350 degreess. While heating; melt margarine in 1 1/2 qt. baking dish in oven. Remove dish from oven. Place asparagus spears in bottom of dish. Sprinkle with onion and celery. Arrange tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with oregano and thyme, pepper and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and al is heated through. 4 servings.
