Dave's Garden Cookbook: Fish Fillets With Shrimp Sauce
1 lb. white fish
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter
Place fish in bottom of greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix 1 can cream of shrimp soup and lemon juice; add parmesan cheese. Pour over fillets, dot with butter, and sprinkle paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until fish is tender, and flakes easily with fork.
