1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 pkg. Schillings chili mix
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
1 (8oz) can Rotel tomatoes w/green chilies
4 strips bacon
1 medium onion
1 small green pepper
8 oz. water
Fry and drai bacon (retain 3 Tbsp. drippings). Fry ground beef; drain.
In a large skillet, or pan, add water,
bacon drippings, and crumbled up
bacon. Add chili mix and other
ingredients. Simmer at medium
setting at least 1 hour. 8 servings.
