Pensacola Shrimp With Chinese Noodles

  Ingredients  
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mixed spices
1 1/2 lb. ra headless shrimp
1 can mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 clove minced garlic
1 small can mushrooms
1 Tbsp. cooking sherry
8 oz. or less heavy cream
buttered Ritz cracker crumbs
4 oz. Chinese Noodles

  Instructions  
Combine 6 cups water, vinegar, salt and mixed spices; bring to a boil. Drop in shrimp; simmer for about 10 minutes or until shrimps is done. Cool; shell and devein. Combine soup, catsup, worcestershire sauce, and garlic; cook for about 10 minutes. Add mushrooms, shrimp, and sherry. Add enough cream for desired consistency. Pour into greased casserole. Top with crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm on Chinese Noodles. 4 servings.
