4 lb. baby back spareribs
1 orange, sliced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic minced
Dash of ground cloves

Arrange ribs in a shallow baking pan, bone side down; cover with foil. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour. Uncover. Tuck orange slices between rib pieces. Sprinkle ribs with onion. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs, turning to coat both sides. Bake uncovered for 1 hour until ribs are tender and nicely glazed, basting often. Pass sauce, if desired. 4 servings.
