3 1/2 lbs. cut up chicken parts
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. white grapes
1 lg. can pineapple chunks, undrained
2 ripe bananas, peeled and quartered
1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
Wash chicken; dry with paper towels. Preheat electric skillet to 360 degrees. Add cooking oil; brown chicken. Set heat at 220 degrees. Sprinkle with next 5 ingredients. Pour pineapple, juice and
all over chicken. Cover; cook for 45 minutes or until tender. Add a small amount of water during coking if needed. Separate grapes into small bunches. Ararange chicken on platter; garnish with fruits. Pour liquid from pan over all.
