Beat jam until smooth. Heat 1 bottle of Seven up to boiling point; add to jam. Stir well, chill. Spoon 3 pts. of ice cream into punch bowl; add jam mixture. Stir lightly. Add remaining chilled Seven-Up slowly. Float scoops of remaining icecream on top. Serve with candy cane in punch glass.
