Corn - Cheese Bread

3 medium onions, sliced
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1 c. cream style corn
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheese

preheat overn to 425 degrees. Saute onions in hot melted butter in 9x9x2 inch metal pan. Remove onions. Prepare muffin mix according to pkg. directions; substituting corn for milk. Pour into same pan; top with sauteed onions and sourcream. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 6.
