Lightly oil a 17"x15" or 11"x13" cookie sheet which has sides ( not a flat cookie sheet). Then line the bottom with waxed paper.
Prepared cake mix as directed and pour onto the cookie sheet.
Bake 12-15 minutes at 375°.
Turn cake out onto a tea towel which has been dusted with confectioners sugar; remove waxed paper.
Using tea towel, carefully roll as a jelly roll...seam side down.
Cover and let cool about 20 minutes.
Unroll. Spread with softened non-dairy whipped topping and then add strawberry slices.
Re-roll and chill 2-4 hours.
If desired, just before serving, decorate the top with a light covering of non-dairy whipped topping and strawberries.
