Easy Fudge Frosting

|4 squares ob Unsweetened baking chocolate|
2 Tbsp. butter or marjarine
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
|In the microwave or on top of the stove in double boiler;melt the chocolate and butter until smooth.|
Stir in powdered sugar,vanilla and milk until smooth.
Let stand,if necessary until of spreading consistency,stirring occasionally.
Spread quickly(ADD: 2-3 Tbsp. of additional milk if frosting becomes too thick.)
|Makes about 2 1/2 cups or enough to frost the tops and sides of 2 (8-9 in.) layer cakes.|
