Dave's Garden Cookbook: MY BAKED CHICKEN COATING MIX

8 cups all purpose flour
1 cup salt
1/2 cup accent (can be omitted)
3 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp white pepper
1 Tbsp garlic powder
3 Tbsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp dried thyme
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp cumin
1 Tbsp tumeric
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together well and store in airtight container. *The longer it's stored the better it is* Clean chicken pieces and pat dry. Dip chicken into beaten eggs, shake in bag to coat. Deep fry at 350 degrees for 18-20 mins. or until browned. May also bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40 mins. **DO NOT CUT BACK ON SALT**
