Cranberry Glazed Ham

  Ingredients  
Power Level: HIGH>MEDIUM HIGH
Cooking Time: 11 minutes per pound
Yield: 12-20 servings

3 to 5 lb. canned ham
3/4 c. cranberry juice
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
dash of ground cloves
whole cloves

  Instructions  
In small glass bowl, combine juices, sugar, raisins, cornstarch, and ground cloves. Heat 3 minutes on HIGH until glaze is thickened, stirring once. Decorate hame with whole cloves.

Place hame on microwave safe roasting rack set in oblong pan; microwave on Power Level 7. To heat by time; set time to 11 minutes per pound.

Halfway through cooking, spoon 1/2 of the glaze over the ham. Baste occasionally with remaining glaze. Let stand, covered, 10 minutes before serving.
