1 pound ground beef
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup milk
6 flour or 8 corn tortillas (6 to 8-inch size), cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
spray dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Coat a 2-quart baking
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, stirring until crumbled; drain.
Stir in the soup, salsa, milk, tortillas, and 1/2 cup cheese; spoon into the baking dish.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes, or until hot. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese, and serve.
