4 flounder fillets, about 1/4 lb. each
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/4 c. white wine or milk
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
parsley or slivered almonds
Instructions
Roll up fillet and arrange seam side down in square baking dish. Combine soup, wine and cheese; spoon over fillets. Heat, covered 8 minutes on HIGH until fish is done.
Let stand, covered, 3 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Extra Notes
Hint: When rolling up fillets, place a thin strip of Swiss cheese in center.
