4 halibut, or other seafood steaks, 6 oz. each
2 Tbsp. brandy
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. dried chives
sal and pepper to taste
1 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
1 small apple, thinly sliced
For each serving, place fish on 10x15 inch piece of parchment paper. Combine brandy and lemon juice; brush on fish. Dot each with butter, chives and season with salt and pepper.
Mound mushrooms and apple on top; bring paper up around fish. Fold edges over twice to seal top; fold side edges up. Place on glass oven tray, heat 9 minutes on HIGH. Serve packet directly on dinner plate.
