Beat the egg with the milk.|
Add the salt.
Add the flour. Mix. Add more if needed to make it kneadable.
Knead. Roll out thin on floured board or countertop.
Dry about 10 minutes.
Cut into strips. Cut into whatever lengths you choose.
Hang to dry, if desired.
Boil a few minutes.
Serve with salt, pepper, butter, parsley or sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Or add to your homemade soup, which is what I do.
